ICE RINK LEAGUES

 

WE URGENTLY REQUIRE NEW ENTRIES IN THE FOLLOWING ICE RINK LEAGUES.  CLUBS CAN ENTER MORE THAN ONE TEAM.

 

          LEAGUE                                 QUALIFICATIONS     

 

West of Scotland Ladies/Men            Club entry 4 Ladies (Fridays-10:00am)                             

                           4 Men   (Mondays-2:30pm)

Senior Ladies League                       Any 4 Ladies (Mondays-10am)

Senior Mens League                         Any 4 Men (Mondays-2:30pm)

Lanarkshire Ladies League              Any 4 Ladies (Fridays-10am)

Sunday League                                 Any 4 Curlers or a Club entry (Sundays-5:45pm)

Senior Open League                         Club entry, 4 club members (Mix of week days-2:30pm)

Super League                                   Any 4 Curlers (Sundays-5:45pm/8pm)

Small Clubs League                         Club entry, 4 members (Mix of week nights-5:45pm & 8pm)

Mixed Doubles League                     2 Curlers, 1 Female 1 Male (Sundays)

 

PLEASE NOTE ELIGIBLE AGE FOR SENIOR LEAGUES, BOTH LADIES & MENS IS 50 YEARS.

 

If you would like to curl in any of the leagues that are not club entries, email the office, lanarkshire.icerink@zen.co.uk as soon as possible and we will pass your name and telephone number to anybody who is looking for another player/s.  If you have a team you would like to enter, the closing date is mid August.

 

COACHING

Most Thursday mornings at 10:00am and most Sundays at 12:15pm for all levels, cost is £4.00.  Dates can be found on our website, www.lanarkshireicerink.co.uk prior to the beginning of the season.

 

SHAREHOLDERS CURLING

The Shareholders Club meet on Wednesday evenings at 6pm.  Entry is available to current Shareholders and members of Clubs who hold shares (one entry per share held)  Shares are available for purchase at a cost of £250 per share.  Anyone interested in becoming a Shareholder please email the office at lanarkshire.icerink@zen.co.uk

 

JUNIOR CURLING

Saturday mornings from 8:30am – 11:30am.

 

MEMBERSHIP CONTROL

Membership cards will be required from the beginning of the season.

FITNESS ROOM AND SAUNA

Your full curling membership can be upgraded (after 3 years when first joining) to include the gym and sauna facilities for double the amount of your Ice Rink membership.  There is no other charge for the use of the gym and sauna and you can use these facilities from 9:00am to 10:00pm weekdays and 10:30am to 8:00pm on Saturdays and 12:30pm to 8:00pm on Sundays.

ADVERTISING BOARDS

We are always on the lookout for potential advertisers to advertise in the ice hall.  The cost per annum is £300 which includes 2 free Fitness memberships.  The size of the boards is 8’ x 4’.  If you are interested or are aware of potential clients, please invite them to contact the Ice Rink.

 

LOUNGE & RESTAURANT

Members are reminded that these facilities can be used for private functions.
