LIR & SHR – Opening Bonspiels_17 – Off & Sliding

Well were off and sliding again when I had the privilege of playing both in the LIR Opening Bonspiel  last Monday night and the Shareholders on Wednesday – both followed by an excellent meal courtesy of Stuart and his team.

Both events were conducted in good spirit – even with the ‘stick’ given to our President Drew as to his new American style base ball hat with protection against a fall (and during the dinner Drew promoted the benefits of WEARING PROTECTION and asked members to think about it?).
