ON-THE-ICE – Newsletter – Whatever Happend To It?

Following on from the success of Lanark Rocks the organising committees at the LIR thought it would be good to follow suit with a similar Newsletter. Thus On-The-Ice was born and distributed as a hardcopy around the Rink.
